When I was 7 or 8, I was interested and intrigued by the TV magic and Technology that made some of my favorite 90’s Saturday Morning cartoons come to life, like “The Roadrunner & Wile-E Coyote”, or “Popeye”, or Movies like The Lion King or Aladdin; where after “discovering” that the magic happened behind the scenes at the hands of artists drawing frame by frame; I decided to direct my path into the world of Art & Animation… leaving aside my other two childhood dreams of becoming a firefighter and a masked wrestler; which I considered to do it at some point: yep!, of course at the same time!!

Later on,  my grandma, who was herself a great Teacher and Artist, without any knowledge in Animation, showed me one of her favorite pastimes… drawing little stick figure characters in sequence, in  little yellow – sticky post-notes (flip books). And, there it was, right in front of me; for the 1st time I witnessed it all became to life… “frame by frame and drawing after drawing”, the Art of Animation. Since then, my intrigue and fascination for what was going on behind the scenes Technically and Artistically, became a goal for me to pursue.

Looking into today and into the future, my dream of becoming an better Artist, still open to follow any routes that might come along my way; exploring new Art and Technology that could open new horizons to create an impact in others and always hoping to finding new ones.
