Animation Promo | Little BigFoot .

This animation was used for a promotional campaign for the game Little Bigfoot for mobile [Android -IOS] . Intended to demo the main characters’ personalities, mainly as a character spotlight and the interactive way to present the goal* of the game, as to look for and beware of the malevolent when transformed and mischievous when in Little Bigfoot mode.

GAMEPLAY ANIMATION |

Camera Direction, Prototyping Layout and Animation, and Anim Systems

In this Demo, we’re aming to establish camera motion, making the player feel more immersed* in the game, and give some more dynamism to the Gameplay, instead of a single static camera POV-AngleAlso showing; Final Animation cycles and Gameplay, from games such as: Trans Galactic Tournament, Dash Galactic and Might and Mayhem.

"Dash Galactic Intro" : (Cinematic Animation - Promo) [Character Spotlight... Early Animation Test and Edit]

One of the main changes on the animation was the reaction of the Little Alien… Even though I love the way he jitters and transforms from a sweet looking alien to an evil one.. the original timing of the Alien’s reaction was slowing down the pace of the sequence.. this way we have better staging and could make it quicker and concise to drive the attention to the main Character of the promo [Dash Galactic].**

"Muckmen and Welk Escape" : (Cinematic Animation - Promo) [Particle Instancing]

One of the 1st animation sequences I created, though a particle instancing system, using animated geometry cycles as a particle source. “The purpose of the video was to introduce the viewer to Kiz World and some of the Malevolous Characters and main enemies of the “Underground Kids” at Hub City, called Simon Welk, with his army of Muckmen running down hill in the far lands/dunes at the outskirts of Hub City…

"Wolf Chase" : (Cinematic Animation - Promo) [Bandit Girl - Might & Mayhem]

This is an early animation test render of the way the wolf was going to end up looking on the final comp, although some of the detail of the animation gets lost after some of the layers on top (foreground), cover it… I also like the strobe and mysterious effect that the trees cause as he runs behind them… And although its almost impossible for a cuadruped to look to his sides while running that fast.. I added some head motion for staging purposes and direct the attention to “Bandit Girl” and also to prevent from having the wolves to look to static and in loop mode…
